LOCALNUTLEG

On October 14th, an event took place at the Brigantia Ecopark, related to the LOCALNUTLEG project. This aims to provide local Mediterranean nuts and vegetables with a legal trademark (Denomination of Protected Origin (PDO), Protected Geographical Indication (PGI)) or indigenous identity through the development of innovative food-related products with added value based on plants to recover the attractiveness of the Mediterranean diet. In this way, M2PI was present to discuss process innovation.
